Here are some steps achieve a healthy life:
1. Do sports activities every day. Healthy walking, jogging, or jumping, at least for 20 minutes every day.
2. Protect your skin. Wear sun block on the face, neck, and hands. Do not forget also to apply a skin moisturizer. This method will protect you from all forms of evil toxins and free radicals.
3. Eat fruits, vegetables, dairy products low in fat and protein. If you can avoid always sweet foods, such as candy, chocolate and other sugary processed foods.
4. Meditate or use just five minutes of your time alone to reflect.
5. Know spiritual side in you. Find something that can bring inspiration to you, raise awareness, motivate your self
6. Train your brain constantly. Because as well as our bodies, the brain's ability not escape from any interference. Reading, solve problems, and learn new skills could be the activity of choice for the freshness of your brain.
7. Hug someone, could be your lover, father, mother, brother, or your closest associates. That said, hugging someone could make more sense of relief
